The aim of bachelor’s thesis is the development of technological processes for implementing a set of works known as a stage of coarse substructure. Bachelor’s thesis is being processed for extension of shopping centre Centro Zlín, labelled as a Phase IV. Bachelor’s thesis contains a technical report, technological prescription, principles of organization construction, design of mechanical assembly for the stage, scheduling with balance of resources, inspection and test plan, health and safety plan, budget.

Implementation of Superstructure of Apartment Building in Havirov

This bachelor's thesis deals with the elaboration of a technological project for the stage of rough superstructure of an apartment building in Havířov. The vertical construction system of the apartment building is made of sand-lime blocks. The horizontal construction system consists of monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The content of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of a technical report on a construction technology project, the situation of construction with closer transport relationships, construction supply design, item budget for selected technological processes, technological regulation for vertical structures - masonry, construction organization for a given technological stage, including equipment drawing. construction site, time schedule for the technological stage, balance of resources, technological analysis, design of machinery for the technological stage, quality requirements and their provision in the implementation of vertical load-bearing structures – masonry and occupational safety of the solved technological stage. Furthermore, the calculation of the construction according to technical and economic indicators, the accompanying and summary technical report and diagrams.

Implementation of Superstructure of Forest's Administration Building in Hlubočky

The goal of bachelor's thesis Implementation of Superstructure of Forest's Administration Building in Hlubočky is the solution of selected parts of a construction technology project for the rough superstructure of Forest's Administration Building Hlubočky area in Mrsklesy village. This thesis deals with the engineering report for the construction technology project, block plan with transport route and transport routes, the itemized budget of the selected technology processes, technological regulation for horizontal structurals, the organization of development for the technological phase including the concept of drawing the site facilities, schedule for technological phase, balance of resources and technological analysis, concept of mechanical assembly, control plan and test plan for horizontal structurals and Occupational safety and health for this technological phase. In this bachelor's thesis, there are also estimated development costs for the whole Forest's Administration Building. In the construction calculation technological-economic indicators were used for the estimates.

Multipurpose Hospital Building in Český Krumlov - Building Technology Project

The diploma thesis is focused on the elaboration of a construction technology project for the construction of a new hospital pavilion in Český Krumlov. The thesis processes the preparation of construction and proposal of the organization of individual activities on the construction site in time sequence. The thesis contains technological regulations for the foundation of construction and realization of the monolithic frame on the 1st floor, which also includes drawings of the formwork of the ceiling slab and a scheme of formwork of columns and walls. Further contents are technological report, technological study of realization, transport relations, time and financial plans, complete construction site equipment for the whole construction phase, design of construction mechanisms and assessment of their suitability for use, resource balance, technological analysis, itemized budget, and occupational health protection for selected processes and noise studies dealing with the impact of building construction on the surrounding development.

Realization of a polyfunctional building Pardubice

The main contens of the thesis is solving a construction-technological project substructure and the upper shell construction of a polyfunctional building in Pardubice. Excavation and foundation work are done in section A and B1 and B2. Drilled piles are foundation of a polyfunctional building. Drilled piles are support of reinforced concrete grillage, which are from strips foundation and foundation pads. Cast-in-place concrete frame is a form of load-bearing structure, which contens plate ceilings, pillars and walls. Peripheral masonry is from hellow clay blocks, which are between cast-in-place concrete frame. Diploma thesis includes technical report, plan of building side, schedule and the budget of the building, technological instructions, radon prevent, control and testing plan, safety, balance resources, selected constructional details, machinery composition, bill of quantities.

Villa Park Olomouc, technological stage of the substructure

The bachelor's thesis is processed on the basis of the project documentation provided, which addresses the construction of nine apartment buildings connected by an underground garage. The building is located in the new residential development VilaPark Tabulový Vrch, which represents a set of three-storey villas. The houses are based on pilots carried out by continuous spiral worm - CFA technology. The pilots are joined by a subterranean concrete structure made of water-based concrete, and above ground they form a monolithic structure combined with masonry. The roof is designed as a flat, non-errand. The cladding of the buildings is done by the contact cladding system ETICS. The work addresses the technological stage of the lower construction. A technical report is prepared, the construction situation with wider links of transport routes, technological regulations for earthworks and piloting by cfa method, the design of a machine assembly for the whole lower structure, control and test plans for earthworks and piloting and safety of work. The work also includes an acreage statement, an appropriations budget, a time plan for the construction and the organization of the construction for the lower construction with the construction site equipment and balance of resources.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction and technological project for the preparation and implementation of a fire station in Jaroměř. This thesis deals with the technical report to the construction and technological project, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the main building, the solution of the wider transport relations including the design of the building supply, the object time and financial plan, the time plan of selected technological processes of the main building, the calculation of the building according to technical and economic indicators, the technological regulation for the implementation of the reinforced concrete monolithic skeleton including the drawing of the formwork, site equipment design, design of main construction machines and mechanisms for selected technological processes, plan for provision of personnel and machine resources, inspection and testing plan for the implementation of reinforced concrete monolithic frame, occupational health and safety plan and other assignments dealing with itemized budget of selected technological processes of the main construction object and noise study of the construction site for selected technological processes.
